There was a time when you could make good money without pre-selling but those days are over. Many marketers are enjoying increased conversion rates by using videos as a tool to pre-sell their products. You can give a lot of valuable information away during the pre-sell that the viewer will use to measure the value of your product. Most people hate a hard sell so pre-selling bypasses this and gently guides them through a selling process. Humans by nature are social creatures and we like to know that we are dealing with another real person; so, who do you think is going to make more sales – the video with personality or the article from an article directory?

You’ll realize far more sales when people feel they can trust you. It’s one of strongest emotions that you can evoke through your videos. Much is happening when someone watches your videos, among other things people are weighing if you can be trusted. And a lot of it rests on the quality of your videos and content. Providing only the best content that is helpful, useful, and accurate will contribute a lot to trusting you.

Video marketing can prove to be your secret marketing tool, because not many people have taken advantage of it yet. As you should know, you’ll be using your videos on Youtube and other sharing sites, and maybe your own vlog, one day.
